After sale service agreement
1. Deliver goods and
fixing
1) Jt sales service ensure deliver the goods
to buyers in time and safety.
2) Buyer had better arrange 1-2 personnel
responsible to receive the goods.
3) According the delivery list ,Both sides
should check the equipment is well and then
buyer will sign on waybill after confirm it
4) JT Customer service clerk should ahead
apprize the relative demand specification
of gas ,electricity and exhaust to buyer so
available them to prepare it.
5) Buyer should tell JT the detail fixing
position and available for fixing .
6) If not their permit JT customer service
clerk can't move all wiring in factory but
. Should assist them install air and powder
supply to proper socket.
2. Adjustment equipment
1) JT should ahead inform buyer to prepare
the relative materials about adjusting equipmentSuch
as PCB ,solder paste and solder bar .
2) Buyer should inform JT the detail demand
of craftwork parameter such as temperature
curve and available JT fixing.
3. Training
1) The content of training:
¢Ù Equipment operation and daily maintenance
means
¢Ú Set up Process parameter and master process
production.
¢Û Work theory ,electronic theory and structure
to equipment .
2£®Training objective:
training factory's technician can operate
the equipment independently and own the ability
of maintenance .
3£®Training place:
In JT or factory ( agreement between both
sides)
4£®Training time:
After equipment fixing ,JT will train some
relative person receive technicaltraining.
4. Check and accept
According contract and some technical agreement
,factory will check and accept equipment in
30 days .If they have not do it that mean
the equipment automatically check by factory.
5. Maintain
1) Jt has 24-hour customer service. if factory
want any support in any time they can call
hot telephone ;0755-27508393 or 0755+27509397
2) Maintenance period begin after check and
receive equipment
6. Following conditions
is not list the range of maintenance
1> Customer's incorrect operation that
results damage
2> Factory exchange some attachment of
equipment without JT permit.
3> Use the replace parts that is not JT
qualified supplier support
4> Out force ,fire earthquake and some
suddenness results damage.
3) JT will appoint specialist to maintain
in 4 hours if the customer in GUANDONG feedback
machine has malfunction.
4) WARRANTY: 2 years(components supplied free
for all non-contrived malfunction within 2
years)
5) Maintenance : if the machine is out of
warranty JT will still maintain but only receive
the cost of parts and some fees of maintenance

6) After the machine sale ,JT from time to
time through telephone or visit factory to
learn more about the state of using machine
